Minute Taking Training
Our Minute Taking training shows participants how to write clear and accurate minutes with confidence. Effective meetings depend on the skill of the minute taker, but the role is often undervalued. Our workshops give people the knowledge and understanding required in order to provide professional and efficient support to their committees and groups.
What will Participants Learn?
- To prepare for and service meetings efficiently.
- To use simple techniques for effective note-taking.
- To translate notes into effective minutes using best practice in content and structure.
Who is the Workshop for?
The course is suitable for those new to minute-taking and those with some experience who want to formalise their skills. We adapt the content to suit either private or public sector.
"I thoroughly enjoyed your course on minute taking yesterday and came away feeling a lot more confident in my minute taking skills. I shall certainly recommend your course to anyone who is lost in 'the labyrinth of minute taking'."
